Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ultra-high-net-worth clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct in-depth research on destinations, culinary experiences, and activities tailored to client preferences.
- Collaborate with suppliers, including hotels, tour operators, and independent guides, to design exclusive travel experiences.
- Coordinate with hotel concierges to arrange reservations for dining, entertainment, and transportation.
- Develop comprehensive travel itineraries from inception to departure utilizing our Salesforce itinerary builder.
- Track time dedicated to client trips through our online system, ensuring adherence to CRM protocols.
- Confirm client itineraries prior to departure to guarantee seamless experiences.
- Strive to meet or surpass established sales targets.
- Mentor and guide Travel Coordinators and Associates, delegating tasks effectively.
- Manage invoicing and payment requests, ensuring smooth financial transactions for clients.
- Utilize Local Foreigner tools, including Salesforce and Sabre, to enhance planning and organization.
- Actively participate in meetings, staff-planned scouting trips, and industry conferences, which may involve weekend travel.
- Provide timely feedback and scouting reports post-travel.
- Engage in collaborative projects that align with our growth objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by persuasive presentation abilities.
- Profound knowledge of luxury products and travel destinations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with excellent time management capabilities.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, demonstrating resourcefulness.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Sabre, Adobe Suite, and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
- A collaborative team spirit with a dedicated work ethic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and based in New York.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury travel consultancy or as an Executive Assistant with direct client engagement.
- Extensive international travel background (a minimum of 20 countries), with comprehensive knowledge of luxury offerings in these regions.
- A positive attitude and an unwavering enthusiasm for travel, reflecting our brand ethos.
- Quick adaptability and a strong ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
